CAITLIN KING

A small-town girl at heart, Caitlin grew up moving pipe, cutting hay, and raising cattle on her family’s ranch in Dillon, Montana — long summer days that gave her an early and lasting appreciation for what makes life in the Rocky Mountain West feel like home. That upbringing shaped the way she sees land, community, and the rhythms of a place like Jackson Hole.

She left small-town Montana to pursue a career in television, graduating from the journalism program at Brigham Young University. It was there that she met her husband, Spencer King — a Jackson native — who introduced her to the valley and taught her to run the river, climb in the Tetons, and embrace everything Jackson Hole has to offer. After eight years as a sports television producer (with an early stint at Fox News in New York), Caitlin followed Spencer to the University of Wyoming for his law degree, and the two returned to Jackson to put down roots for good.

Today, Caitlin draws on those roots to help her clients navigate one of the most coveted real estate markets in the West. She has an insider’s feel for the valley’s neighborhoods, the working ranches of the surrounding region, and the people and history that make Jackson Hole what it is. Clients lean on her for the kind of local context that doesn’t show up in a listing search, and for an advocate who treats every transaction as personally as if it were her own family’s.

When she isn’t with clients, Caitlin is usually with her husband and their two kids, Sloane and Taggart — on the river, in the mountains, at her church, or volunteering with Hole Food Rescue. She believes a community is only as strong as the people who show up for it, and she shows up.

For Caitlin, real estate isn’t about transactions — it’s about helping the right people find their place in a valley she knows by heart.
